Babylon had been playing throughout the Midwest for more than 10 years. Babylon called it quits in 2009 with the different members reforming under different projects. Tesa went on to drum for a band called Slow Motion Broadcast. The most exciting project that Babylon gave birth to is a band called Face for Radio. This project headed by Dennis Carlson is based in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The band plays mostly locally and can be heard at such venues as Dempsey’s Bar, VFW, Rick’s Bar, Windbreak Saloon in Fargo.
Babylon was based in Moorhead, MN, Babylon played venues from neighborhood bars in Fargo, ND to street festivals and ballrooms across the upper Midwest.
Among Minnesota bar bands, Babylon was recognized for quality entertainment and a high level of professionalism. Combing an eclectic mix of musical selections with a high energy and professionally produced stage show, Babylon should be your first choice when booking musical entertainment for your venue.
As with any band, Babylon was more than a mere sum of its parts. Each member brought his and her (yep, we’ve got a dynamite chick drummer!) unique talents and vision to the band.
